Vendor pricing pages are built to be hard to compare: different user counts, different billing terms, prices that only appear after a form. This page puts the published numbers next to each other, quoted as each vendor prints them. Prices checked October 13, 2026 on each vendor’s own pricing page. Vendors change prices and plan names without notice; confirm before you buy.

Housecall Pro

Max, 8 users: "$299/mo" billed annually, "$329/mo" month to month, then "$35/mo per additional user." Trial: "Try 14 days free. No credit card required. Service Fusion

Three plans, all with "Unlimited Users." Starter "$208" per month billed annually or "$245" month to month. Plus "$325" billed annually or "$382" month to month. Pro "$533" billed annually or "$627" month to month. The FAQ says "No matter the plan you choose, you’ll have unlimited users."

How to read these numbers

  1. Price the user count you will have in a year. Jobber's $29 Core is for one user; a second person is another $29. Housecall Pro's $59 Basic is one user and the next step is $149 for five. Service Fusion's $208 is unlimited users from day one.
  2. Annual billing is the real price. The month to month number is what you pay to stay flexible for a trial period, not what you should budget.
  3. Quote-only vendors are not cheaper for being quiet. Get the per-user or per-tech rate, onboarding fee and term in writing.
  4. The price book is the feature that makes money. Every platform above has one. What matters is the costs you load into it: how to build a price book.
