How to choose

  1. Name your problem first. Take the free Business Audit. Pricing, booking rate and the owner doing everything need a system; leadership alignment across a team needs something like EOS; in-home selling needs sales training.
  2. Match the trade. Most groups are built for plumbing, HVAC and electrical. If you are a roofer, painter or handyman, ask how much of the training applies.
  3. Ask for the full first-year cost, including events and travel, and the commitment term.
  4. Ask about territory. Some programs limit members per area.

Where Operator fits

Operator is an online mentor: same system for everyone, foundation first, then the one thing stopping you, with role training for your team. It has no personal coach, events or peer room. It is built for the owner who cannot yet justify a coaching group but cannot keep doing everything alone.
