Statuses on this page are checked by a person, not an automated monitor. The amber row stays amber until we have watched a real purchase go from payment to login email end to end; it turns green the day that test passes. If you buy while it is amber and your login email does not arrive within a few minutes, email us and we will get you in directly.
If something looks down, email support@contractorlane.com and we will look at it directly. There is no separate support queue to sit in.
How we keep Washington requirements accurate
Every fee, bond amount, insurance minimum, and deadline in the roadmap is sourced from the official Washington agency: the Department of Labor & Industries (L&I), the Department of Revenue (DOR), or the Secretary of State. We check these against the current statute and agency publications, not against other websites.
Rules and fees change. If you spot one that looks out of date, tell us at support@contractorlane.com and we will verify and correct it. You are always responsible for confirming current requirements with the agency before you rely on them; see the disclaimer.
About Contractor Lane
Contractor Lane is built and maintained by a working Washington home-service operator, not a large company. That is disclosed in our Privacy Policy and it is the honest answer if you are wondering who is behind this.
