Washington Compliance / Annual Auto-Compliance
Washington · after your first filing · $199/yr + state feesAnnual Auto-Compliance is the continuation of à la carte filing: after we've pushed your first filing through for $79, this standing plan has our staff handle your supported recurring Washington filings each year — without you buying them one at a time — and tracks everything else with reminders. It does not promise to file everything your business might ever owe — we handle supported filings and track the rest. This tier is not open yet; the $199/yr + state fees price is locked for launch, but checkout isn't wired up until it opens.
Andy has set what Annual Auto-Compliance costs: $199/year, plus Washington's own filing fees billed separately and never marked up. What's still pending is the payment setup itself — this plan is not open for signup yet, so joining the early-access list below does not charge you anything.
The name refers to the plan proactively handling your recurring filings automatically each year, so you don't have to remember or buy them one at a time — not to the filing itself being automated. For any supported filing this plan submits on your behalf, a Contractor Lane staff member prepares and, where we're able to for that filing type, submits it by hand. Nothing here is unattended software submitting to the state. We describe the outcome — prepared, submitted where we're able to, confirmed — not a legal title for the relationship. We are not calling this registered-agent or authorized-agent representation; whether and how a private company can be authorized to submit specific Washington filings is being confirmed filing-by-filing.
Instead of buying one filing at a time through à la carte, Annual Auto-Compliance is a standing plan: Contractor Lane proactively handles your supported recurring Washington filings across the year, and tracks every other deadline with the same reminder system as the DIY tier.
Two separate lines, same principle as the à la carte tier.

Your supported recurring filings get scheduled for our staff to handle each cycle; everything else becomes a reminder.
Prepared and submitted by hand, where we're able to, ahead of each deadline, with the state's fee billed separately.
Stored and retrievable for anything we submit, plus reminders for anything we don't.
Once this plan is open, requesting any filing under it works the same way as à la carte: you'll land on a short review page and give explicit confirmation — that your information is accurate, that you're authorized to act for this business, and that you're authorizing Contractor Lane to attempt the filing on your behalf, among a few other quick disclosures. Nothing is created or charged until you've reviewed and confirmed.
The recurring filings this plan is built around link back to Washington's own official pages — not our own summary of them.
$199/year, plus Washington's own filing fees billed separately and never marked up. That price is locked for launch, but the plan isn't open yet and checkout isn't wired up — joining the early-access list charges nothing. If you need Washington coverage today, à la carte filing ($79 + state fee) hands one filing to us right now, and DIY Reminders ($9.99/mo, with a $99/yr annual option coming soon) covers the do-it-yourself route.
